One of Europe's largest cultural initiatives, bringing together hundreds of artistic and community-led projects across the city throughout 2025. As Project Coordinator Programme, I contributed to the strategic coordination of approximately 250 projects, bridging artistic ambition with organisational, legal and funding frameworks.
